Carrie and Jamie: A Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Wedding

I love the energy that this couple has. So much playfulness that it almost threw me for a loop. I’m including their engagement photos because I meant to blog them long ago and completely forgot. I showed up at Carrie’s parent’s house with an idea in mind for warm, romantic photos by the water but quickly had to shift gears as this couple was not at all about being all warm and fuzzy. They were about having fun. So this is what we shot:

So fast forward to wedding day. Carrie and Jamie made the most of it. If they were nervous, no one could tell because they were clearly in the moment all day. It was so wonderful to be there to capture it all and I wish them the best!

Thanks so much, you did such a great job. I love these and can’t wait to see the rest! Carrie claims the picture showing her getting teary eyed was from Emily’s speech but I’m pretty sure it was the moment she realized that she was married to me. Does anyone know who the hot blonde is holding the flower in the last photo booth shot?
